Parcels will be left in safe place as instructed. 

Please note that due to driver shortages and the high volume of parcels in the courier network deliveries can sometimes take 2 days. We use extra ice to make sure your products will still arrive in good condition.

The delivery charge is dependent on consignment weight and delivery location. Frozen products are packaged in thermally insulated boxes with ice packs. Delivery charges include all postage and packaging. Deliveries are made by APC (Team C.) between 8am and 8pm. Please note, once an order has been placed and packed, it can't be changed.

Minimum order value for frozen foods is 5kg in weight and the products in the basket must be valued at over £10.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer delivery to Southern and Northern Ireland as we can't be guaranteed next day delivery of our perishable frozen goods.

Please allow 2 days for delivery to Highland Scotland and avoid placing your order after a Wednesday as these orders will be carried over to the following Monday.

Frozen food courier charges for England, Wales and southern Scotland are:

Each frozen box (minimum 5kg) = 

5 to 20kg =                                      £9.95 + VAT

20kg – 40kg =                                 £17.90 + VAT                                              

40kg – 60kg =                                 £25.85  + VAT                                                 

Subsequent 20kg boxes =              +£7.95 each + VAT

Dry food courier charges for England, Wales and southern Scotland are:

0 - 0.99kg     =                             £4.45

1-5kg           =                               £6.00 + VAT

5-20kg       =                               £7.00 + VAT

20-29kg     =                               £9.00 + VAT

29-45kg     =                               £12.00 + VAT

45-60kg     =                               £17.00 + VAT

60-75kg     =                               £21.00 + VAT

Per subsequent 15kg =             +£4.00 each + VAT
