As you might have seen, the Kiezebrink website as split into two dedicated platforms:
KB Animal Foods:
KB Animal Foods will be for pet owners and animal keepers who want to order online for courier delivery to your door, or click & collect.
The new KB Animal Foods website will have live stock information so we can pick and dispatch your order within 24 hours. Payment for orders will be taken at checkout.
Effectively, KB Animal Foods will be identical to the old Kiezebrink.co.uk website, just under a new name.
Same company, same products, same delivery, just a new name (KB Animal Foods).
Kiezebrink UK Ltd:
The new Kiezebrink UK Ltd website will be dedicated to pet shops, wholesale customers, and zoos who want to place large orders in advance of their delivery, typically a week or two ahead.
Customers will need to have approved accounts to see pricing and place orders through this website. It will not have live stock information but will act as an ordering platform to show what products we can offer. As these orders are usually large, there will be more delivery options available. Payment won’t be taken at checkout, as we’ll confirm each order once picked. This will be a completely new website with a fresh look and feel, different to the old Kiezebrink.co.uk site.

What this means for you
If you’re a pet owner or animal keeper, you can still order your favourite Kiezebrink products directly from KB Animal Foods, where you can place and pay for your order at checkout, just like before.
If you’re a pet shop, wholesaler or zoo, you can now place large or invoice-based orders through the new Kiezebrink UK website.
